365体育网址Ricardo Divila, Formula One designer and SUPER GT engineer, passed away on April 25.
Ricardo Divila began working for Nissan / NISMO as an engineer on the 1999 Le Mans 24-Hour project. From there, he took up a track engineer position with Nissan Teams and NISMO in SUPER GT, where he exerted considerable influence on NISMO’s racing engineering and activities.
After returning to Europe from Japan, Divila, a Brazilian national, performed an engineering support role across NISMO’s various racing activities, and contributed to the success of the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 race car in Europe. He also worked as a vehicle engineer in LMP2 where NISMO supplied engines, contributing to many wins.
